I have an e-mail friend whom I met on mission trips to Jamaica a number of years ago. Every once in a while she sends me a “gem”. I received some recently. No author is given for these latest words which I felt compelled to share.

What neat words, good words to shape our lives around, our attitudes and outlooks on life. Our faith! What more can I say but “keep the faith!” – “keep the love!”
